THE SERVICE

CloseBy Leads delivers a one-time lead report: a shortlist of companies matching the criteria you provide, with the decision-maker's name and designation, a match score, why the company fits, a first message you can send, and phone and email wherever they are published. The report is generated automatically from publicly available sources.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

One product: the Decision Maker Report at ₹499 including GST, paid through Razorpay. Your account is activated after payment is confirmed. No subscriptions, no automatic renewals.

WHAT WE PROMISE AND WHAT WE DO NOT

We promise a report of companies that match your criteria, each with a confirmed decision-maker name and designation, a match score and a first message, plus phone and email wherever they are published, delivered within 1 to 2 hours in normal conditions. We do not promise a specific number of companies: the count depends on how many businesses in your area match your criteria and what they publish. Every report is generated once, automatically, from the criteria you entered. The value of a report is the screening and the readiness of each conversation, not the number of companies shown.

REFUNDS

Because the report is generated and delivered within hours, there are no refunds after delivery. If the report is not delivered within 24 hours of activation, or is unusable because of a fault on our side, we refund in full.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION

Cancellation: you may cancel before activation for a full refund by messaging +91 8454840507. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days through Razorpay.

DELIVERY

The report is delivered on your dashboard at closebyleads.com and as a CSV download. Nothing is shipped physically.

ACCEPTABLE USE

The report is for your own business outreach. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the report or its contents, use it to send bulk unsolicited messages, or use it in a way that breaks any applicable law, including the DPDP Act 2023 and TRAI regulations on commercial communication. Contacts in the report are business contacts obtained from public sources; you are responsible for how you use them.

ACCOUNTS

One account per business. We may refuse or close accounts used to probe, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or created in bulk.

LIABILITY

The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.
